I'm truly disappointed to see that Gena Games, 15 million ETB award lottery created by Telebirr, promoted a misleading & deceptive trick to loyal customers like myself. It's surprising to witness such practices from a reputable company like EthioTelecom (Telebirr). Trust is the foundation of loyalty; when a company misleads its customers, it undermines the very relationship it has built. When that promise is broken, the bond with the customer is broken. SHAME ON SCAMMING PEOPLE!!

The app used to be great, but the new update has made things worse. Now, when making a transaction as small as 1 ETB, it asks for a 1 ETB transaction fee. What's going on? That makes no sense! I understand charging higher fees for larger transfers, but for just 1 ETB? I'm very disappointed. Please address and fix this issue as soon as possible.

When attempting to cash out at an ATM, there is no option to select a bank. The system automatically redirects the transaction to Abyssinia ATM without informing the customer.
