No chance to contact with support. Available Big Bundles differ from what is mentioned on leaflet.

When wanting to check on individual devices plans, it 99% of the time brings up my phone plan. On the odd occasion it works, it then won't let me view my phone plan. There's also no option to make overpayment on the ap. So far I've been on the [phone] minutes just to make a payment to clear a plan.

Your phone signal is useless it used to be 3 or 4 bars , now lucky to get 1, I am going to cancel with [phone] unless this improves, it's a total waste of time right now. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
