Choose a different provider
Customer service in ZERO I strongly recommend using a different provider. I receive different information every time I talk to someone. I am ready to leave [phone] ASAP. They have become increasingly expensive too.

Does not allow you to select a higher data bolt on past 100mb
Major bug, doesn't allow you to select + and - on the app.

Needs to be more organised
The layout of this app needs updating. Currently using a bolt on and omg it's so hard to find in my account and have the option to deactivate this bolt on. This should be in my front page showing that it's active and the disable button should be there when I need to disable it. This should be common sense. Using the chat feature is awful. When you close it it's then so hard to find again. There should just be a chat box option.

Complete toss "This app is available for your device" "This app will be installed on your device" "Install on other devices" All the above stupid meaningless messages when trying to UPDATE the app Ajay installed. And it still didn't work. Don't blame the phone, don't blame the OS, all are perfect. 02 [phone] is a charade. A piss take. No idea of customer service. No idea how to run a technology company.
