Easy to use app. At times, I get lost trying to find a menu to an item or service. Overall, it a lovely app.

The app tells me I need to update. When I press update it goes back to original screen saying I need to update. Not getting anywhere... I want to add extra data as away from home and my allowance is used up! What now?

Poor help service
I am in Australia and have travel plan included in my tariff yet can not use my phone. This also means I can't use the 2202 facility. I have been unable to use the live chat facility (it does not start up). I cannot use my internet banking system or call the services I need to let payees know they won't get paid.

Keep getting message saying adjust deep linking and a blank page I can't log in I can check my balance or change my tariff and I can receive text messages which is frustrating as I can't receive verification codes from my banks and online accounts. [phone] gurus never get back to you.. I've been a customer for over 27 years...
