Unhappy
I have been unable to log into the app for over 6 months. I cannot get [phone] to respond to me. Really poor customer services, I am a very unhappy customer.

Terrible app. Was fine for quite a while then started asking me to enter 6 digit codes then wouldn't let me onto my account to check all my details top up check data. I uninstall lots and phoned got told they can't close my account then reinstall it I tried clear cache done everything. So was told to go to 02 shop which for a disabled vulnerable person is 2 bus journeys which is impossible. On phone was told to change to direct debit but pay as u go suits me. Basically that's it useless

Hello, I have already acquired a second SIM card, the same problem. I put the SIM card in and there (only emergency calls)??? Great Fantastic. I've had this mobile SIM a good while, everything works fine, it is a great network. But now you've updated the app and it's no longer compatible with me phone,and it's the only way to change my payment details. Very clever. Zero stars for you [phone] ..

OMG the most frustrating of all. TOO MANY NOTIFICATIONS!!!! I have 3 numbers and each of these gets a message, an app notification and an email EVERY MONTH to tell me: 1. No extras spent 2. Bill amount. So, 12 messages monthly. Not counting all the other stuff they feel I should be informed about. MY GOD!!!! And nowhere to turn them off. I will not renew purely because of this.
