Being housebound i use this app every week, it's been buggy for a while but now it's unusable, last week I did my shopping came to check out and it kept buffering when I tried to pay, I ended up using a browser instead, but for some reason my shopping was delivered and money was taken, but neither the app or website processed the order, go to use it this week the baskets still full so I emptied it to start again, now the apps buffering continuously again! How can every update make it worse?!

Disbanding best feature
So Tesco has stopped offering pay in store but not bothered telling anyone and not bothered removing from the app despite it being recently updated. Only thing I liked about the app for when I do decide to shop there……

They removed the in store payment option ( scan clubcard and pay in one step) which was literally half the reason for this app existing. What a massive step backwards.

BEWARE TESCO PAY IN STORE! Just had a pay in store transaction refused at Tesco and i called Customer service to be told in store payment through the Tesco app is being discontinued, I've had no email or text regarding this! Very disappointed as it was convenient to use the app to not only use clubcard for points but also the bill to come straight out the bank with one scan, so now it'll be phone out for points then another method for payment, be it card, cash or other phone app. DISGRACEFUL!🤬

Having issues since last week. Keeps buffering at confirm payment stage and sending reminders to co firm changes to my order. Last week had to log in to my Tesco account on laptop to finalise the shopping. Luckily this time it worked on the app eventually.

The app itself is great, easy to navigate, etc. However, trying to get a Whoosh delivery to be on time or arrive to right address has become impossible in recent months. Perhaps they have changed the company they use for riders. I can watch the rider go all over East London for an hour while my shopping says it's "on it's way". You need to fix this Tesco.
