No idea what this App is for. How come Tesco cannot take its payment by the usual method? if this App offers a different or superior service the customer should be told,rather than the App appearing unsolicited on my screen as it did just now. This was an unwarranted intrusion into my privacy-unless it was intended for MY benefit and NOT for TESCO's benefit alone. Disappointed and disgusted Moira Heap

I have tried to use the App on a number of occasions to add a data bundle. However it continually says my account is locked and gives me a link to renew my password. Every time it tells me that I have successfully changed my password. I go back and try again to add a bundle but it tells me that my a/c is locked and to follow the link to change my password. It seems to be a never ending process and I phone the helpline and add a bundle. Then I get a message saying I should use the app??

This phone not working iv lost WiFi been to Tesco mobile shop and they told me it's faulty been on phone to customer services and told it needs to go to repairs I'm going to cancel payments unless this gets sorted and go elsewhere for a new phone three times today about three hours on phone to Tesco mobile they say they going to get in touch in the next three days to try and get it sorted we will see or you have lost a valued customer

Tesco's network signal is the worst one in EDINBURGH. You can't get one bar even if you go to the Mountains. Also no internet at all. When you phone Tesco bout this issue, they advise you to use wifi. What a good tip!!!!
