Good: Charting, real-time display of power use. Bad: 1) When you need service, all of the troubleshooting goes to "contact your installer", if it doesn't just drop you at the Tesla homepage. Tesla, I am logged into the app, my account should show you are my installer. Stop blocking me from necessary tech support. 2) Service scheduling is broken in so many ways. If you need service, call. Check weekly until it is resolved.

Giving it a 2 stars. Tesla require to verify my email and phone number. I verified the email and it was simple. Then i try to verify the phones number. I entered the 6 digits code sent via sms. However, every time i input the code, Tesla would say om"phone number not verified" with a big red X. And there are no Tesla support to assist.

Can't access important documents. Getting support is like trying to find crystal skulls. My app says it is up to date, yet there is not a financing option. The app is trash as is their customer service. I will never use Tesla again.

Samsung S25 ultra 15 android Does not work, freezes. The charge level is not displayed correctly, even on the car. Only after connecting the charger, the data is updated, the buttons in the application do not respond. Before this, there was an S23 ultra, it worked without complaints.

Tesla tells me I need to go here to request solar support after AI bs says my solar is OK, which it isn't. The instructions don't get me to chat, and I cannot find it anywhere. I will never deal with this company again.
