Doesn’t work
Fix the D*mn screen! Cuts off the gihfy your sending with the keyboard. i'm thinking you could get some high school students to help fix that glitch it the system. Please work on it with your next updates. Thank you

They can disable your service for no reason at all and
They disable a service for no reason and calm it Term violation They won't even tell you why so you can import what you did wrong I would not work with them because you will pay $30 and they will disable based on a bot and you will get no response Meanwhile all your friends that are texting you You will lose all your info too Horrible behavior Like a dictator can cut you off after long membership

Renew a subscription and it no longer works
Waste of time. Waste of Money. Service barely works, even when using paid SIM card. No one has received a Text from me in DAYS. Absolutely useless

Do not use TextNow
The SIM cards they sell are very slow and bad, their AI messaging system for app feedback often replies back with idiotic ideas. The app is pretty glitchy, messages get mixed up sometimes, there are too many ads everywhere, the ads are often inappropriate. Videos are sent in terrible quality, photos and videos take too long to send, sometimes messages don't go through on the other person's phone when it looks like they did on your phone. You have to clear the call history manually, the app glitches and automatically shuts off when you swipe to delete. The number badge that appears in the Home Screen shows a 6 when it's supposed to be 0! They want too much money, there are too many things that you have to pay for that should be free! It doesn't say “delivered” at the bottom of sent messages, I heard about this, TextNow added a thing that stops spam texting which is a bad feature because what if there were an emergency and you need to spam text that person to get he/she to reply. (Spam texting means to text way too much without a reply.) This is probably the worst app I've ever used, iMessages and Google Chat are much better, so don't use this app.

unreasonable ban
I have gotten banned for no reason. I was tried to submit an appeal and found out the app is buggy when you use a VPN. I realized that I was using a VPN but the terms didn't say anything about VPN. I SHOULD BE UNBANNED!!! GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT BACK TEXTNOW!!!!!

Dark mode
The app works but I wish there was a dark mode. The white is too bright for me and even when you change the background wallpapers it still has a lot of white. Please make a dark mode for future updates!
