TfL Go: Live Tube, Bus & Rail - Latest Quality Issues

It's just terrible. Looks slick, but no attention paid for functionality removed from website. Bring back the greyed out map with service disruption highlighted in colour for now and future dates. 3 seconds, you can understand what's going on instead of 5 minutes interpreting text descriptions of planned work or service outages. Insane that this changed. Have the app, but to remove from website is just discrimination against those without a smartphone. Its public transport for God's sake.

This app is useless. I can do a Google search and get more accurate information, and the app provides no help or avenue to actually purchase a damn pass. I don't even know why it exists because it provides no function or value. I'm better off going to the website itself. What a waste.

Very non user friendly. Needs to act more like the joined up website.

While I am happy with the live information that is provided for London transport services, I am disappointed that there is never any information for the rail replacement bus services.

for the past 2 weeks, bus route 273 doesn't show passing through Jevington Way or anywhere nwar for that matter, any more. It only shows from Burnt Ash Hill onwards (about 700mts away from our road). Not at all helpful.

This website is easily the most difficult to use of any site I know, in fact I can never get what I need.
