Backend Not Working App Not Working
*App login screen doesn't integrate with iOS password manager, need to copy and paste password *Asks for user/pass much more frequently than needed, this is not a bank app *No option to remember login, support Face ID *Extremely slow to query journey/payment history Got delayed and then suspended on the Jubilee Line yesterday, entered and left the same station, can't check if they charged for this experience, if they did will be difficult to ask for refund with this terrible app.
iOS

Oyster not supported by Apple Wallet to have a non working proprietary app
Main problems: - Fails to add the card - No password autofill - No way of skipping logging/faceid

Still terrible
Proper ghetto app. Nothing works, login a mess, total embarrassment for TFL but they've known for years how bad it is and haven't done anything. How is the whole cybersecurity thing still preventing access to payments / contactless cards months later?
iOS

No journey or payment information for months
Disappointed it's taking so long to get service back up and running after the hack
