Useless tracking
When attempting to track the shuttles, one has no idea where the pictured shuttles actually are going to. It gives random numbers of the shuttles but not their destination.

Decent pricing, the shuttle service is frequent, generally good service, though I did have a driver just drive past me at the airport such that to ensure he stops to pick me up, I walked up to the next from in front of him.

Too many texts
Parking spot works great. I have the app. I like the service. I do NOT LIKE the frequents texts about promotions. PLEASE STOP!

No customer service
I had a reservation and tried to modify it. Problem with the app . Called Customer 215 number in Philadelphia on top of my last bill. No answer just a loop to refer you to the app. I used the app three days in a row asking for help. Sent emails for a contact me asking for a credit for two of three days because my reservation is today and next two days. No reply. They sent an acknowledgment of of email but no response. This place has no customer service. Be careful. No refunds no response. Very disappointed loyal customer after using this place for many years.

With a complete lack of customer service, no phone number to call, we have much cheaper options for parking with zero customer service.
