Although I'm a paid member, I cannot access content, it says I need to become a paid member. Still waiting for a response from their "help"

Paid content is a great value, and free stuff is good too. I wish the app let me favorite shows to watch later, and would either allow moving app to external storage or at least having downloads on external SD. Only the chromecast app seems to lets me fav Drybar episodes.

Kept My Money

I paid for a year of the Guild. For some reason I cannot access the Guild movies. It keeps telling me to join the Guild to watch this movie. No where does it give me a place to show my receipt or dispute. I have tried emailing the office over 10 times to try and straighten this out. They just keep sending me a computer generated email telling me they are very busy and can't help me yet. In another week and a half it will have been a month that I paid almost $200 for the year membership and still can't watch guild movies. They don't seem to care because I've threatened to request a refund and still can't get any help with my issue. I know they received my payment because it shows in my statement that my cc paid it. I don't think you want to do business with a business that's so incredibly busy they pretty much just ignore you and your issue.

The reason i download this app was to watch the show homestead only have 2 episodes out which sucks why pay for something and you can't put out a episodes every week might be a full year before the next episode comes out
