This has got to be the worst barber app on the market... there is no live customer service and no one to ever help you with anything but taking your money...i would advise if your looking for a barber app that help and is there for true support find another app.....

Terrible app
I do not recommend this app for any barber to use, mine just got hacked someone stole right under 1k out of my account and the app has no customer support only Ai robots with animated messages so I'm not able to recover my money and I basically cut hair all week for free this is like the 5th problem I've had with this app and you can't contact a real person only a Ai robot, I'm sueing starting next week

The app wasn’t taking my payment, then they banned me
I went in for a haircut using my credit card like every other time that's saved on the app. But this time the app wasn't taking my payment after I finished my haircut tried 5x times and it gave me an error. So I decide to pay my barber with cash app instead. Then 2-3 days later the cut app takes the money out my account after contacting my bank about that issue showing SCREENSHOTS of the cut app not taking my payment my bank fixed the issue but the cut app bans me. And when I explained the whole situation to customer service, they just tell me I breached terms of service and ignores me. This issue only occurred because there app wasn't working. I shouldn't have been banned for that. Just absolutely horrible customer service, wish I could give them a zero for this

It was my first time getting a booking app an it wasn't the best for me . The part where I had to verify myself to receive payments wouldn't work it wouldn't let me verify myself . An I have reached out to get this figured out but I feel like I just wasted money

A lot of problems
This app is an absolute joke. My barber actively books through it, yet it repeatedly lies and says she's unavailable. I deleted my account, made a new one, and now it won't even pull up her name in the search. Completely useless. If an app can't perform the one basic function it was designed for, it has no business existing. Fix it or scrap it—because right now, it's trash.
