2 reasons why it’s not a 5 star
There is no customer service that you can actually call and contact. I've been using the app for over a year now. I get plenty of business and everything is filled out correctly but still cannot take payments through the app. So my clients don't have that convenience and I am not able to save the $20 a month for the app. I receive emails to start but I can't!
