Lots of yums but only restaurants like Indonesian, Indian, Javanese.
If there is a discount, largest group 30% discount and your yums only at Surinamese, Indian, Javanese and few no French restaurants. So thousands of Yums expire with us.

Stupid program, changing the number of people only seems to work via cancellation and new reservation - I wonder who programmed the change function.

Unusable vouchers
When I got to the cashier they told me that to get the discount I had to pay with the fork. Once it was enough to give the code. I tried to save three credit cards, it didn't let me save them and in the end I had to pay at the cashier without a discount, and I had booked at that restaurant only because I had the discount.

The app is no longer using criteria to evaluate restaurants. Restaurants that I have been to with and without a reservation through the app serve more or less elaborate dishes depending on whether or not a reservation is made through the app. Average restaurants have an elite rating and are misleading. Initially, they were very careful when selecting restaurants, but in my opinion, these criteria are no longer applied. I uninstalled the app, which still has points to use, as it no longer makes sense to use it.

1 star is too much since it doesn't work, it constantly gives network timeout and no connection while when you try to open anything else everything works. Embarrassing. (Obviously the support doesn't work either)

They send me an invitation to complete a review...and then it says "unable to publish review" and the page closes. It's a useful and functional app for the service, but sometimes it jams.

Discount indicated in the application but not applied to the restaurant. You earn 1000 yums the equivalent of €20 but no restaurant accepts them in your city... BORDEAUX. This application is a great scam, shameful.

I received a The Fork gift card from my telephone company for €30 for my birthday (which I thank but I won't mention the name because I don't know if it's advertising) having said that it expires on February 7th, I booked in Novara at the Pizza Garage (from the app where it clearly says that it adhered to the service) in the end I took advantage of the 20% discount as provided by the app but I couldn't use my gift because "THEY" were not enabled to use it... I wonder... how is it possible that the app shows that the gift can be used and then on the bill they tell me no? I have to book all the restaurants in Novara and possibly also the province, to be sure, then at the entrance I ask and if they don't take it at least I have an alternative? I would appreciate a sensible response and not "thanks for reporting and keep reporting to improve the service", because in this way the gift expires and I will never be able to use the service (already paid for in quotes) I await a response thanks

My husband and I have been using TheFork for 6 years without any problems. Yesterday he tried to book for lunch, with a promo code notified at the time of confirmation, it says "IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO VALIDATE THE NUMBER". Same thing using my account. The support tells us both that we have 2 emails for each account and number. For privacy reasons they don't say OUR SECOND EMAILS. The support doesn't solve the problem and blocks our conversation out of nowhere. We try to book again without the code and it works. A bug? It was difficult to say, huh?
