New update
This new update I can't copy the URL for my website for people to RSVP. It just keeps saying access denied 😢🥲 please fix this! I love this app so much and have been using it to plan my wedding but it's time to RSVP and it's not working!

Not a fan
First of all, the Knot told me I had an invalid email address because it has a period in the middle. So that didn't work. Once I established a profile, I couldn't find how to add someone else to view The Knot profile. So I am deleting going back to Zola. Too complicated and hit with advertising as soon as you join.

The app is amazing. But being from Canada, the venues and info is not overly helpful.

The app is asking for wedding venue. When I try to type in city, it only shows me United States of America. Nothing in Canada

Overall good
The knot has many good features: the ability to make a website, registry, guest list, it is basically an all in one stop for wedding planning! Their customer service is also superb, they were quick to remedy issues I had with my invitation order. However they lose a star because of these issues with their printer. I received damaged invitations, then someone else's order! Then on a reprint I felt the invitations still weren't 100% perfect, however I was running out of time to wait a full week for new ones yet again. They did comp half the price of my order, which was very nice.

The Knot had helped in planning my daughter's wedding. There are a few things that could be improved on that I'm not sure why they haven't done so yet. Such as being able to add items to the registry that didn't come from a store they have listed is very difficult. I also wish the list of things you need to get completed each month would have a reminder or something if you didn't get something from the previous month completed. We also had a bunch of venues never respond to us.

It's free but my RSVP guests are unable to click the link because it says access denied. Some are able to while most are not. Very disappointed

We were super excited to have a one-stop shop for wedding prep, but the app is full of glitches. We take the quiz, make edits and save the changes, and nothing saves. We toggle to look at different styles, the examples don't change. Both times we get a spinning loading circle, but nothing new loads. Tried using the website instead, and it's full of dead links. Idk what's going on, but it's definitely not the great experience everyone raves about.
