This App is worse than illegal gambling, as it is even less reputable! Out of hours they close the main games, but offer on a press of your screen some lame, scratch card substitute, with no rules, guides, or explanations! It's a disgusting rip off, with just meaningless graphics with a ha we got your money you lose. How much did some UK official get paid to serve us up to these horrid creatures?

The app is completely useless. For some reason it's broken on Android 15. With its current version of the application, I cannot buy any tickets. It keeps saying I'm offline despite trying to uninstall it and reinstall it and doing various speed tests. The app is just broken

The app is fine. The scratch cards is in questioning, I've only ever won my money back and I've spent a lot of money for same scratch card game over and over. Never have I ever won more than the card itself.. I'll just stick to the lottery itself and not the scratch cards as I think it's pushes you into thinking you've won money but only the value of the price of the card..

Notification volume is max not following system settings.

Had it before, then it wouldn't let me deposit money. Kept saying "sorry error with our app". Thanks for nothing, total useless app. 👎👎👎👎👎

Doesn't let you add money! So how you supposed to play ! Pointless app !

Used to work fine, now most games dont load, just stuck on a loading circle, you have to close the app, then reopen to a message saying you have an unfinished game, very annoying. Online is so much easier than using the app 😔

Will not accept funds.. So what is the point of the app if you cannot put funds into the app to play.....
