Since the latest update the app seems to have issues when you are logged in and create lines on the ticket then submit it the ticket disappears and you have to create it again for it to work. Nearly missed a couple of draws because I assumed the ticket had been saved

The app is saying I'm offline when trying to pay for my tickets even when I am online and using mobile data and WiFi

Can't pay for tickets. You go through the process of picking your numbers only to find you can't scroll down to thefinal payment section. Please update it!!

Infuriating how it never works

Account suspended as soon as i followed the emailed link to reset password. What a crock. Don't bother

Password doesn't work, reset password can't use your current password as your new password. Can't add funds of any amount, approved in app doesn't work. Bank approved five times before I gave up. Closed my account.
