"Acceleration" for $14.99
The same paid acceleration is not such, it does not speed up the time in the game by completing the process quickly! I paid $14.99 just for the buttons to be pressed in progress, spending the energy of the character, but this is not a time acceleration, I can press such processes myself. Moreover, when I clicked on the "?" sign before buying, it was written that it "speeds up without restrictions", which is misleading!! Since this is not true and there are limitations, and time does not speed up, it is impossible to replace acceleration by replacing it with internal mechanisms and call it acceleration! I demand a refund, since the product does not coincide with reality at all and is misleading.

Full of bugs, lose track
I lost my level 40 account due to a bug that didn't allow me to play on it again, I went to play again from level 1 and it bugged as if I was still in the tutorial and I can't do ANYTHING anymore. I uninstalled, installed, restarted the phone and nothing. How long will I lose my accounts due to a game bug?

I made 2 in-game purchases that I didn't receive anything :( (I bought the festival pass before the one and a pack of coins on the tree for 30 days) when you make the purchase and close the payment window there in the game, when you restart the game nothing of what was purchased appears, the support is horrible and closes the complaint without solving, a pity because I really liked to play 😖 in total I lost 15.00 on pix and look that I bought much more than That's it (the other purchases worked).

I can't charge

In general, the game is not bad. I've always adored The Sims, but now there is no way to play on PC. This game has good interaction with the characters, there are various stories. The career is well developed, but there are two fat minuses. 1 energy system, because of which you can't really lose, but it recovers too slowly, 2 you can buy almost nothing, because everything is very expensive and it is almost impossible to make money
