I can't play on my account that has been logged in for years. When I open the account, only the house appears but no action buttons around it. I invested real money into the account and I can't play.

Random NPCs can just waltz into my sims' house and go wherever they want inside. They sit on the couch, relaxing and everything. My sims have never interacted with them. I removed the door to the outside, and they still appeared inside the house and then disappeared. Quests tasks are too lengthy for the limited time given for each quest. Energy depletes quickly, and simcash is hard to earn. Without these, the game is boring, and it is not possible to finish quests on time. Uninstalling.

I think the game itself is very good, but I think it should be improved, for example, marriage, children, house, there's no way to choose the house, etc. And I reached a certain level that became repetitive as if I had finished the game, so it was very bad because it took a long time for me to reach that level and there was no update.
