Incredible! Technical bug on their side that cost me money and time on the phone with customer service. The technical service confirms the bug, I ask for a commercial gesture of 19 euros since the change costs me 19e. Let him refuse me! While the problem is on their side and he confirms to me that he is on their side. I've never seen anything like this!1st comment I put on a platform. I uninstall the app I've been on since these beginnings and I switch to SNCF connect!

It is only good for buying the ticket. I have a problem with one of my tickets and when you call customer service, they leave you waiting to hang up. My advice is to buy the tickets directly without them.

I bought a ticket to Milan by choosing the option with additional payment that promised cancellation with refund at any time. Too bad that, at the time of the refund request, I was not granted anything. So I wonder: can we really talk about a serious application? For me, absolutely not.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WAITED 2 MONTHS FOR A REFUND AND I WAS REFUNDED 9 EUROS LESS! I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY AWAY.
