Booked tickets through the website and e-tickets emailed to me - great. Bookings appear nowhere on my Trainline app on my phone

I'm giving 2 ** because when it works, it's really convenient, but 1. Got a bug that doesn't display my ticket just before boarding! 2. If there is any issues that needs to claim a refund, it's really a pain as this is not managed by the app / Trainline int, which is supposed to be a travel agency. Well... Very poor service. 3. Live tracking and display of intermediate stops works really random. 4. Moreover, no display of canceled trains and no help with that. *Clearing the cache didn't help.
