Can’t open app
I love this game but for some reason I can't get past the loading screen, there's no update available. I would love to be able to access the game again.

It is impossible to enter the game from the phone. It says: Unable to reach the server. There is Internet!!! Sometimes this nonsense lasts a whole month. I gave up... I started again. Now you play the first day. Then you can't log in. You delete the game. You download it again. You play the first day.... And so on in a circle!!! It's a pity you can't give the game 0 (zero)!!!

Great until now. The last 2 days I haven't been able to get on the game. It gets stuck on the loading page. I have completely powered down my phone deleted and re added game still nothing.

After a couple years of absence I decided to come back. I liked the game still and wanted to invest. Made a single test purchase; didn't receive my order, contacted support and after almost a week of useless contact they come back to me to tell me (summary) "indeed you didn't receive what your ordered, fix it yourself." Excuse me? I'll never invest another penny in this game. But without spending money this game is tediously long and it's a matter of little time before you get bored and move on.
