App doesn’t work
I would love to use this app and have done so in the past, but I get an error every time I try to look at an item telling me to refresh. Nothing works to refresh. I can't even view items.

Great app but…
I love this ThredUp but PLEASE take better pictures for the listings, especially black clothes. They end up looking like empty voids and you can't see any of the details.

I swear to God if I can give them a zero I would, they completely screwed me out of ALL of MY money, i turned in a big bag of clothes to them to sell, they obviously kept all the money . There was no explanation as to why they're keeping my money except there's just some service fee that just popped up on my account. In fact I'm going to report you to the better Business bureau tired of people taking my money like this

Inaccurate listing details
Such great potential but such terrible execution. For the last 8 things I have ordered, 5 had inaccurate measurements and materials provided in the listing. Ex: a 32 inch inseam that is actually 27 inches. Plus even when the listing details are wrong it's on you to pay for return shipping (unless you escalate). I've concluded I'm better off using Ebay where the listing details are accurate 98% of the time.

Do away with shipping, over priced as it is. I love thredup but can't see paying higher prices & shipping..inflation

My review is based on being both a buyer & seller. When I first began shopping the site, it was good. Then, items listed as my size came & were kids' size, costing me money to return. WORSE is selling. They marked 13 name brand items w tags as being "ineligible." They still list & sell those ineligible items. While I make $0. Some ineligible items are priced higher than eligible items. Feels like a SCAM for them to make all the money. When the sellers who keep them in business are scammed. JOKE

rewards system is terrible... I would spend more money if the points didn't expire. and the restocking fees are ridiculous...I started using this company in it's infancy when you could pick a summer box or Vaca box now it's gone DOWNHILL! very disappointing 😞 I had so many points that expired... I wonder if the people running this thing know that people who buy Consignment don't have a lot of money, no expiration=MORE SALES 💡
