App still broken 5+ months
Still can't log onto my account via app or site on iPhone, been coming back every month to write the same 1 star review

App keeps crashing and to check my bills it asks me to re-register... On another page have to press on log in, fill the info and wait for security code... When finally logged in it crashes ... Can you do at least something to call you a competitor to other networks? From my personal top 1 network you have dropped to most ridiculous network... Even can not end my contract in Three shop with passport in hand for identification... Have to call to call-centre...

Don't join 3 at all go with someone else the worst experience of my life I have had to cancel the same phone contract 3 times they have charged me 3 times to cancel I have payed just to now been told it was never cancelled and that I have a det that needs to be payed I will be taking this to small claims

worst app also website. I have 4 pcs of 3uk sim and I cant log in account both in the app and website. it always said something went wrong or it automatically logs out the same time I log in after confirming the otp.

Had 13.50£ auto-renew monthly plan, topped up the account before the renew date with 15£. Instead of getting the data plan again all i got is no renew and -4£ because the data was on but the plan was NOT on so it charged the Mb rate as if there was no plan. Please do something about it.

Terrible app since the update. Kept making me log in again everytime I tried to access account settings in an endless loop until I gave up and had to call the network
