Can't log in to broadband router with this app in android . User name and password fields don't display properly. Used the apple version on my ipad and it works fine.

Never usually write reviews but upon being forced to update the app I had high hopes that the new version would be so much better. How wrong was I, how can a company that sells phones have such a poorly designed, unintuitive, just absolutely terrible app? Even trying to upgrade your phone is a mammoth task and as someone who can easily navigate complex websites this is just awful. I feel sorry for the less tech savvy trying to use this app as I can imagine it's near impossible.

Vital information is hard to see and full bill is split into multiple pages making it hard to know what you need to actually pay. App is slow. App crashes often on my 9P XL. Spoke to three and they will do nothing to fix this.

If I could give no stars that would be to many an app that's a complete waste of time.And it doesn't improve.Installed again 4 years later and it's still a useless app . So uninstalled again.
