Not functional
Updated phone numbers and contracts a few months ago, have tried to log in more than I can count now however never receive one time code. Have been back and forward with customer service leaving me frustrated with the continued ‘everything is working on our end' however the issue not actually being resolved. Then being asked to try my sim in a different phone which was not possible till I recently bought a new phone and this did not fix the issue. The app is completely useless due to not being able to log in. Every disappointing experience. Would give 0 stars if I could, this issue needs fixed big time as from reading online and talking to three employees in store it seems to be a problem many people are facing. Fix your app!

Ageing & degrading
20 odd years ago Three really made an effort as the new startup. Now they're becoming complacent The removal of network status from the app is symptomatic of this Offers & deals - but no information. Not sure it is worth the space

Terrible - it’s a poor website pretending to be an App
What a horrible user experience this app is - it's not even mobile friendly! Pages take an eternity to load, and areas such as bills, are as pdf's which you can't even zoom in or rotate your phone to try and read - they're absolutely illegible via the app. Absolutely useless!

They update the app and force you to update all the time and every time you have to re-register with 3 which makes no sense because our agreement and the details don't just exist within the app they exist on the computer to the fact you can't develop an app without us all having to re-register constantly is ridiculous, and it's a sign that it's got nothing to do with improving services for us and everything to do with getting more permissions to take all of our information and constantly track and take our photos and videos and use our microphones just look at what you're agreeing to every single time it gets worse. ! I am cancelling my mobile subscription for free because this is the final straw.

Keep the original layout
Please keep the original layout as able to view our bills. Somehow the new updates have seem to be showing quite few errors that I cannot be able to make the changes through these settings as receiving the status: “you need to be able to contact the account holder to make these changes” by which I am logged in too… costumer service is however unable to identify this error? My current bill for my device is a bit perplexing as it's a bit too high as also not been changed to reduced with the additional item to which should be cleared? It cannot be possible for another sim to also take part of this bill and should be separated to avoid unrealistic expectations.
