The app does not recognise the second SIM card on my galaxy A40. [Edited 24 March 2025] Tried again today to setup broadband. It doesn't recognise the password. I can connect directly on the browser, but the app doesn't connect. Absolutely useless.

Do not use the Three app. Prior to Three upgrading their systems, anything was flawless. Then, they made my secondary account my primary account, leading to missed payments and a negative credit score! The customer agents are clueless (though no fault of their own) and unable to help. Register a new email was the response? You'll waste HOURS trying to sort it out to no avail. Three system upgrade was a complete disaster for the customer.

App seems fine although it can get a little confusing at first as i have multiple sims in my S24 ultra phone. Check bills, change contract, add ons and set up or check direct debit details. Still can be a little to much.

Unable to get access to my account settings - message indicating “please contact the account holder to authorise”, live chat agents aren't unable to find this error onto my account? phone calls are annoying as well as live chat which provides blunt typical support. Will be leaving this service soon, it seems the additional account have risen a high amount of cancellation fee, which unsure for a small amount of 3/8 gb there is no device plan activated? Highly disappointed.

Do you all know your bank card details for payment? I doubt it, so why the hell can't I fill in with autofill or pay with Apple Pay?? You don't need to create an app for yourself, you need to create one for people, morons!
