The products and prices are great. The APP and website needs help. Every month I complain about no skip feature which they is there and it's not.

Maybe a year or two ago i would have given Thrive a 3 or 4, as I've been using them for a few years now but I've watched things get worse in many ways. Initially, when they rolled out the merge of autoship with the shopping cart and the ability to add one time items to your autoship box I thought this was great. There were initially a few bugs with making sure the cadence that was previously set for an AS item didn't reset with the new experience but that's expected from a new feature. However, lately AS is hot garbage and unreliable. The cadence of my AS items seems to constantly be resetting, new items I add to autoship aren't showing in my next box, changes to existing AS items aren't reflected accurately in my shopping cart when I want them sooner, so then I have no idea what will actually be in my next box. This has caused me to receive both items i didn't need and not receive items I wanted, resulting in wasting my time fussing with the app and waiting for shipment to see if i need to place another order and wasted money on products i didn't need. Not to mention receiving damaged products has also seemed to increase, search is kind of laggy and weird, saved lists have never been great, and reviewing your purchased items (presumably to get “thrive cash”) is a hot mess with all those stupid constantly expanding cards making it impossible to scroll effectively. but maybe that's on purpose so they don't have to give you anything. There are a few thrive specific goods I love but I may need to stock up because I think my days with this company are numbered.

Abusive customer service staff.

You don't package your chips properly. Too many in one box. Chips are crushed

I like Thrive Market but they add things to my autoship just for fun, I guess. I have never added anything to my autoship but I have had to remove several things from it because Thrive Market will automatically add things they think I want, and it's incredibly frustrating and resulted in something getting shipped that I don't even like. Other than that, I do get better prices on some items, and the occasional free gifts are always nice.

keeps giving me errors

i've had to update app few times recently and now I can't use at all. I'm in a loop where it tells me I need to download app, I'm then told of the iOS system needed (I'm ios 16.3) and it says I could download older version but no further info on version just a “continue” button. I continue and when opening app I just downloaded it tells me I need to download new version. I would chat for help but if sends you back to app which I can't access. I would call for help but no phone or email listed. as a customer this is really frustrating.

The app said I will not be charged only for in app purchases and then charged me $20.27???? I just downloaded this app have not bought anything. Did I miss something before downloading because it was not clear??

I intentionally ordered a couple times but now have unintentionally ordered 3 additional boxes. Tried deleting everything from my cart, but nope. Got more.
