Nice new tracking, but bugged
The new tracking is nice, however it's bugged. The tracker doesn't stop, even after delivery of the food. It stays in the camera-“pill” up top.

Changed, certainly not better
In the past, you searched clearly with some filters in a list of restaurants, full screen. Now 3/4 of my screen is filled with a map of my environment that is of no use to me at all. Then make a slider where I can swipe away that map to get a useful screen layout. Don't know who came up with the idea that this makes it "even easier" because it doesn't. I'm not talking about the 5 choices I get here, all of which are at such a distance that they don't deliver here at all. Then why do you show them?

Voucher home
You have a voucher, something goes wrong in the app and so you have used a voucher and your advantage is gone without benefit. Pfff

pressure
Since the new update, things have been unclear and converting pressure to the end (payment). Vouchers are of no use to you anymore, no €5 discounts and the stamp card is not really "consistent" either

The app worked fine before. For a while now, you can no longer filter in detail, while this was previously possible. The delivery times have also recently become incorrect and not even close to truth.

I have tried to place an order several times, but none were successful. I received a refund for the first order, I also demand a refund for the second and certainly also the last order that I will place on this app. The app is completely disorganized, unreliable, inaccurate, and customer support feedback is minimal. completely a disaster.

I ordered food through your app, paid the money, the restaurant closed, I didn't receive the order, I didn't get the money back, I specified the address correctly, of course, but your robot says that I could have specified it incorrectly. But of course you won't find a live support service here. This is the second time I've ordered like this, I don't receive food and I don't get my money back, and it's impossible to contact anyone. The worst place to choose food for delivery. DO NOT ORDER HERE.
