Dear Thumbtack Support, I'm writing regarding a disputed review from Moneak Davis and my deactivated account. *Timeline:* 1. Oct 3: Thumbtack sold me lead for Moneak Davis's dinner event in Myrtle Beach. 2. Oct 6: Event held; Moneak paid with TD Bank check. 3. Oct 7: Check bounced; account went negative. 4. Oct 22: Filed police report. 5. Oct 24: Moneak left false review. 6. Oct 25: Contacted support; promised call from Supervisor Angie. 7. Oct 28: Angie emailed, deactivating account without call. 8. Nov 15: Richland County Police issued arrest warrant for Moneak. *Evidence:* - Police report - Bounced check - Communication records - Arrest warrant *Request:* 1. Remove false review. 2. Reactivate account. 3. Compensation for $2,500 loss. *Expectation:* Fair investigation and resolution. Thank you. Glenn Brown
