Gives the same error message every time. Tells you to sign out and sign back in and then the error repeats once you've done that. The app doesn't even let you join the queues for tickets because of errors like this.

I think the app used to work better than this. I had a hard time logging in, and once logged in, I can't add my tickets to my Wallet.

I have no way to let devs know but opening chatgpt in the browser (web version) opens the Ticketmaster app. Not sure why but it's weird and 2 other people on Reddit apparently have it happening too.

Just awful. A truly terrible experience. Considering how much Ticketmaster gouge and overcharge their customers, you would think they wouldn't just slap down a sub subpar app, but good service and customer satisfaction are not their business model. Ticketmaster is more of a barrier against purchasing tickets than it is a tool for obtaining tickets. One of the worst apps and businesses I've ever dealt with, absolutely no rhetoric.

Constantly not available due to suspicious activity on network or browser. Not using VPN or anything. Even on cellular, there isn't a way to change your dam IP address so how do you ever buy any tickets.
