Won’t let me sign in

Keyboard isn't populating so I can't fill in my info to sign in. I even uninstalled and tried again. Won't work.

Took forever

Made my family upset. To many questions and to many questions that froze on are screen. Horrible! Made my kids cry

Logging In

I swear logging into this app is such a mf hassle like why am I going through onboarding 10 times even though I've had this app for years and for an app that is successful you'd think their interface would be better and not mf clunky like I hate the external in app browser switches LIKE PLEASE

Keeps switching my location to Los Angeles, U.S.

I have my account registered, with the closest city to my actual city, in a country that isn't Los Angeles, U.S. But every time I'm in the app browsing for events, and I get interrupted by a text message, and go back, I have to start over again by switching my location back to what it's supposed to be. Very inconvenient. But when this app does work for buying tickets, it works well enough.

I requested my refund for a concert due to the death of the artist and they never returned the money, terrible attention. It's only through email or through their app but they never responded

In some purchases it has stuck and has not let me buy tickets or has returned me to the virtual queue

It's crap it doesn't allow you to register, when you enter the number it doesn't continue with the process and it doesn't verify it, I've been trying to make my account for a week and a half and it's a waste of time. Neither its platform nor its application is useful.
