Use to work with no problems now can't get on to the concerts to get tickets at all keeps giving some browser error and to login but im logged in

Deleted the app. I downloaded the app thinking it would be helpful to get concert tickets. I already had the perfect tickets I wanted in the check out page and it paused the activity saying error or something. I couldn't even refresh it and it kicked me out and made me line up for my turn again. By the time I got back in, of course all the cheaper tickets are long gone. I never had a problem with the website. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

DON'T USE THE APP!!! Awful app. I'm trying to download my tickets for Green Day @ Cbus on Wednesday but I receive one of two errors: 1) The App no longer exists (or something to that effect) and I'm prompted to download the new app...which is the app I'm using!! 2) My internet connection isn't working (which it is!) To download my tickets I deleted the App and accessed my account via Chrome (on my phone). I then saved my tickets to my Google Wallet.

Ticketmaster is a scam you click and start to purchase your tickets, but it always gets stuck on the finalizing purchase but never completes the purchase. My bet is because of their dynamic ticket pricing, which changes the price of tickets based on the demand and should be illegal since I already agreed to the price on the screen.

I ordered my tickets from my laptop. Says I have to view them from the app, but guess what?!??! Your app is BROKEN TICKETMASTER!!!! Fix it so we can get to our tickets!!!!!!
