I'm experiencing an issue with the app. When I try to sign in, it indicates that the account doesn't exist. However, when I attempt to create a new account, it returns an error stating that a duplicate account already exists. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Painfully slow. Took me 20 mins to order and whenever I tried paying with my card, it couldn't finish the request.

Unable to add balance from more than one gift card, support does nothing

transaction issues
This app needs improvement with transactions. Whenever the QR code is displayed, the saved card details never show; it just appears to be loading.

Terrible quality, rate of rewards has been reduced several times since the app was released, food quality is mediocre at best and the service from staff is atrociously bad.

The games daily streak is not accurate. It randomly resets even when you really do play every day. Also, the hockey game doesn't always give the owed points.

Great if all you want are basics. Won't let you customize much, won't let you order some things. Like the Tim's across from my work carries cheese tea biscuits and egg bites, neither can be ordered on the app. Can ask to add tomato to a breakfast sandwich. Things like that. The egg bites thing may be because they run out of one kind or another so I think they just have no way of adapting their supply to what is being ordered. How does everyone else manage to do it?

You can find everything there, it's very convenient. But the app is sometimes slow.
