Most of times, the app stucks at the starting logo and cannot run. My kid played about 2-3 times and I personally feel the app interesting for 2-3yo toddlers. But since it freezes and cannot operate, I unsubcribed.

Huge red flags. The customer support is bots only, it's impossible to bring any issues to an actual human being. Which is extremely frustrating and makes the whole ordeal just seem fishy. They claim to send out reminders before they charge you for a FULL YEAR but they don't actually give any reminder at all. Plus they charged BEFORE the 7 day trials had ended, a full day early, so this battle with them now to cancel my subscription is getting ridiculous. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement

The app fails to live up to its advertising claims. My kids had no interest in using it, and when I requested a refund, it was unjustly declined. This is an absolute waste of money. Regret trying their trial scheme.
