Requires way too much information. I thought they were going to ask for my social security number and once you make an account if you make a mistake on username or password Good luck because the email they send you to reset your password doesn't even have a working link. So basically within 5 minutes of installing the app I'm completely locked out no other option to just give up and uninstall.

This has a good variety of learning games from colors, counting, and alphabet, but it seems each game is made by different people and some are subpar. We just played one where the person is talking way too hard into the microphone & kids could barely understand. The speaker in my tablet kept popping from how loud and close they were talking into the mic.

Terrible app and company! They charged a full year subscription upfront and charged it before the 7 days were up. Customer Service is horrible and you get a chat bot and not an actual person.

They charged me for a year. I was just checking the app then they charge me without saying that they will charged me or even reminding me that I will be charged. It like there robbing us of our hard earned money. Very frustrating. Can you imagine ₱3400 for this app and I was not supposed to subscribe yet they charged me. Then the bot will say "oh your active can't get a refund" ofcourse it will be active because you charge my account that is why I want a refund.

I canceled my free trial before 7 days and I was still charged $83. I contacted them and they won't give me back my money. DONT LET THEM SCAM YOU TOO
