Its not retired. Can't be uninstalled as Timmobilized is advising to do. It's a system app, can only roll back updates. And it's been replaced by yet another app that's so ridiculously kitchen sinked (like digits) that they can't be forthright and transparent about why it's talking out of both sides of its mouth and telling users that they both ARE and AREN'T authorized as the Primary Account Holder to do the task they're trying to do and no I don't want to chat, I want to use an app that works

So, you're telling me that this app, that takes up 640MB on my phone, that I cannot remove, is obsolete? And this is an app that T-Mobile flashed to my phone when they bought Sprint, and I have NEVER needed it. Thanks a lot T-Mobile.

Wow this isnt good. I was told while back tmobile app was going to xpire, have to download Tlite. Then delete old xpird app. I downloaded Tlite, phone been glitching nonstop. And, old app suppose to be running till Jan 31,its the 28th,and i checked other day, it says app has xpired. The new app still saying Tmobile still up,conflitcting! Either way ,my phone been haunted since T-lite. And, i cannot delete the old Tmobile ,with blank xpired screen. Mess! Edit: i just uninstalled ,it still shows
