App stopped responding to touch commands Monday of election week. Support appears to be third party and does not know what to do to triage the issue. App was okay prior to this issue.

Frustrated
I can't figure out how to unsilence unknown callers. I'm missing too many calls from medical facilities and doctors offices that happened to call me from different numbers that I don't have in my contact. I only have their main phone numbers, but they have many numbers and doctors officers.

Seemingly pointless
Scam Shield occasionally tells you that some call that it already let through was spam, not sure what the point of doing this is. Otherwise the majority of what are obviously spam calls from spoofed numbers are let through by Scam Shield to your phone. I'd guess that it has a 1-in-6 calls success rate, abet “success” means, “correctly identified spam afterwards”when it's pointless.
