I had no issues with the previous app. Everything worked perfectly. Now this app, for whatever reason it freezes and when it doesn't freeze, it won't allow me to log in because it does not recognize my account. It sure recognizes it when it's time to auto withdraw the payment though 😒😒😒😒😒 **** RESPOND **** I can't update my password because they app will not recognize that I already have my account setup. Even deletes app and reinstall. Same issue

The only thing I want to do is pay my bill and it won't let me. 5 pages of useless offers and garbage on this app and apparently none of them have what I need. If it needs me to create an account in order to pay them I will just go ahead and cancel. I'm not doing work for them so that I can then give them my money. What's sad is someone got paid to do a horrible job on this app. Meanwhile, the person trying to pay them can't. Kudos 👏 💐 👌 👏 👉 🤯

In spite.of previous reviews response from "T-Mobile" the app continues to be an ad-ridden horror show. Did they even test it on their userbase? All of their apps are horrid, and they should just bring back their stores. 👎 Service is..acceptable. but the new deals with starlink are making me consider moving off elsewhere after almost 10+ years.

After new update the app is not responding and auto close and frozen many times. The app is unusable.
