I got a new phone earlier this month & every time I click login or create account, it gives me an error message even though I have an account with my cellphone number & it's frustrating because I can't order from my favorite local restaraunts & earn points & rewards like I used to.

The way they hid the options for tip percentage felt scammy

Companies that don't allow me to leave feedback in the app get a one star review and a question submitted here where it doesn't belong. Why would you place an order for me and not provide me with the order number when the place I ordered from calls out order numbers for pickup?

It needs to be easier to switch areas on the app.

Useless app. Location does not update if you want to put in an order. Unable to access any rewards. Next to zero functionality. The only reason I need to keep it is due to one restaurant that requires it for in store dining

Half the time, I can't order to my usual place, and when I do, it gets sent to another store 90 minutes away. I have a hard time editing previous orders, so you have to start fresh every time. Also, I'm trying to get a refund for a mistake is difficult. Toast is not the best app.

Search bar isn't letting me search for restaurant. I guess it's decorative.

I placed an order this afternoon at the La Cucina restaurant and they did not send me the order because the address was too far away. I called the restaurant and asked them to cancel the order and it was not cancelled. So I don't see a way to get my money back because this app is not very helpful either.
