Frustrating it doesn't save my delivery instructions; I have to put them in each time.

It NEVER accepts any of my credit cards until multiple re-entries. I'll phone in my orders from now on.

I installed this app specifically to use a Toast gift card I received. I was unable to do that because Toast's Android app is unable to save a gift card to my Toast account. This is basic app functionality for which no barrier exists in Android, so it's a deliberate design decision by Toast. I uninstalled this worthless app and won't bother with it again.

I am so disappointed in both Toast and Red Owl as yesterday was my birthday and I saw I had a $5.00 birthday reward. In the past these rewards last 30 days from your birthday. So I went today to redeem it. I have literally waited all year for my birthday coup, but when I checked out I was told it was only good for the one day. 1 you should have made that clear as you changed it from the previous year. 2 you expect people to come and get a coffee on their birthday. Some may, but most are with family and friends celebrating and can't get there exactly on their birthday. 3 it seems that since Toast updated and changed things my app is intermittent. Some days it work and other days it doesn't. I am tired of the app always being down. I get the white screen of death and get so frustrated. I absolutely hate having to rate so low since I absolutely love the coffee, the people, and the fantastic service, but having a coupon that is only good for one day is ridiculous. I would love to get my $5.00 off back, but more importantly I hope you can read this and figure out a way to make it better for the company. When it works it is a life saver to be able to order coffee ahead of time so o can skip the line.

I have rewards money. It shows me I have the rewards but doesn't give me the option to use while I pay. Fix this!

Good app it functions perfectly, my only gripe is it doesn't have a function to favorite the restaurants you like.

it's okay, but the problem is that you can't track your order to know when it's coming.

Awful!!! Tried at least 4 times, downloading the app (that works) amd then nothing works. Can't create account, can't browse as guest....USELESS!!!

I placed a repeat order online, selecting the ASAP delivery time. I selected the proper restaurant location, and included my correct delivery address. I checked out, and double clicked the button on the side of my device to complete the payment. It indicated success. But before the restaurant ordering page closed, it gave an error message, saying that the delivery time needed to be updated to a later time. I was fine with that, except that I needed to check out again. I was concerned that my card would get charged twice, and I did not want to go through the hassle of undoing that. So I called the restaurant. The restaurant did not have the order. This whole process took 20 minutes. Finally I just tried checking out again, but there was an error with the card, because in giving me the error message, the online app unchecked my credit card selection. So I had to recheck that, and check out. Finally, the order went through properly. I wasted 20 minutes doing this, and my delivery time was delayed yet another 20 minutes.
