I think it would be great if this app allowed notifications. apparently the only notification that I can get it to do is location. it worked for a period of time, but now I don't get notifications when I order food at all in either text or through this app. it would be great if it did. thanks!

There is literally NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT . I contacted the restaurant POS spt and the gentleman that attempted to help, said there is no customer spt, it DOES NOT EXIST. Contact the restaurant and if that doesn't work out, call my bank and dispute the charge. What company offers a service and does not spt it. They screw up, you have to fix your own issue. They use UBER EATS drivers as spt, but yet UBER EATS won't help you either, despite their driver receiving a tip 😡. So pissed right now!!!

Ordered, waited, went to pick up and the restaurant is closed. Toast support is an AI chat or who tells you to keep calling the restaurant (still closed) because they can't do anything. Should be as easy as cancelling the charge. Got ripped off and given nothing. Back to DoorDash even if it's worse for the business womp womp.

Can't find things locally that I know for a fact use toast. Not a great look.

Lost money . Driver texted me his car stopped working. Never got my food and customer service is useless. Their only response is they have no control over their drivers????

there's no way to view rewards balance in the app.

The app scans the code at the table. Spins for five (5) minutes before I gave up and went to the website. So far app is only good for pickup

had to change my pickup time cuz platform doesn't present the edit button in a visible manner, so deafult asap option was chosen. on other platforms, you call the customer service number, and they help you. I got kicked around by the restaurant and toasttab customer service rep variel, with no resolution reached as each entity told me to reach out to the other, not one willing to help me with the issue. the restaurant could have handled it easily enough, and mind that I wasn't canceling order

I never received a code to log in. Basically unusable.
