My delivery driver did not give me my drink. This has happened before. Yet I cannot get a refund for the drink or their tip because the app only tells me to contact the restaurant. This app is garbage. I will never use it again. I will have to dispute it with my credit card company now.

Adding a new payment method to the app apparently can't be done without placing an order. So I tried to reorder something simple and it immediately placed the order without giving me a chance to change the payment method. There was no second step to verify the information. It just ran with whatever card was on file. How is every other e-commerce app able to allow users to add and prioritize payment methods at will, or to allow the user a chance to verify payment information before it is sent to the restaurant, or even to cancel an order within the app and Toast can not?

Ordered dinner delivery last night. Something was left out. Toast says to call the restaurant, the restaurant told me to call door dash, even though I made it clear it was ordered from toast. Door dash has no idea who I was and had no way to help me. So now I'm angry and don't have my items and I'm out money for nothing… NEVER AGAIN

App won't let me sign in, no matter what. Tech support useless

No customer support or recourse for issues.

Since I live in between 2 more “urban-ish” areas I am often too far west for deliveries from 1 group of restaurants & too far east from another group so ANY ADDITIONAL 3rd party food delivery service is very appreciated. I do wish, as I am sure you do, that there were more restaurants using this app & hopefully in time there will be. Until then I do think that the App could be a little more user-friendly & I could find the items I'm looking for faster & with less uncertainty if I ordered things correctly. There is also a glitch where as I start my order & select “Delivery” almost EVERY TIME during check out the App defaults back to “Pickup.” And finding a way to report this issue with the App company is impossible.

Stopped working two weeks ago

App is terrible. Can't remove linked credit cards??? Press delete and they remain in your account, even expired cards. When paying by QR code using a mobile device through the Toast app (logged in!), loyalty points will not be credited. Really bad app. Flawed in so many ways. Terrible user experience.

Stuck for over an hour. No customer service to cancel.
