Anytimr I try to order tickets via the app all it does is spin. I enter the same information multiple times and it never COMPLETES. Truly unbelievable!!!

Good, but….
Easy to view and purchase TIX, but I wish to be able to also print the tix, rather than solely rely on the scan bar at the entrance, especially when I purchase multiple tix for family that won't be arriving at the same time. It's easier to give them a printed copy to be free to enter the show independently. Please look into it and make the necessary improvement. Thanks

AVOID Todaytix and use the official links provided by theatre whenever possible
Bought the lottery ticket on todaytix. The automatic location was not in my city and I couldn't even see the show. This comment is due to their refusal to provide a refund or any compensation

App pushes pop-ups at you non-stop
Upon first install, the app displays a welcome screen that ‘guides' you to sign up. You can bypass this by moving through the options and clicking next. You can then dismiss the account creation screen to actually look at shows. This is your classic ‘dark design' pattern that forces your hand to give away details. I had a pop-up or notification request upon looking at every show that took my interest. If you try to revisit the website via a browser, it will ALWAYS reopen the app. Again, forcing the user hand to sign up. I'm sure there are benefits to the app, but I can't find them without giving away my details first.. You can do most things on the website, I highly recommend only using this app if absolutely necessary!

App crashes & cannot access tickets
I've been trying to get this resolved since Oct. even with updating my iOS & the app, it completely crashes and doesn't open. I have a show in 2 days- TodayTix says I can only access tickets through the app, but doesn't respond to multiple emails to assist, & they don't have a customer service phone number. So frustrated with this experience with their customer service team - how can you just not respond for months?

Disappointing Experience with Ticket Purchases
I recently used this app to purchase tickets for a performance and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I accidentally bought tickets for an event in October, believing I was purchasing for September. This was my mistake, but I realized it immediately and hoped to either exchange the tickets for a later date or receive credit for my purchase, especially since it was still several months before the event. To my dismay, I found out that there is absolutely no way to return or exchange tickets, regardless of the circumstances. The lack of support or assistance from the app is incredibly frustrating. I understand that mistakes happen, but no options for resolution at all is unacceptable. Overall, I'm very unhappy with this service and would caution others to think twice before purchasing. It's disappointing that the app does not provide any flexibility or support for users.
