BAD SEAT!!!!
The most miserable Broadway experience ever. My view was of the actors was almost completely blocked by the balcony railing, light boxes and their supports. This made it impossible to see much of the action. Don't buy seat A103!

Buy ticket protection
I love Todays Tix, I usually buy ticket protection. We are older and things happen. I had tickets for Good Night and Good-luck. We have to sit close as my husband is visually handicapped. I was sick and we couldn't go. I called but I did not have ticket protection. They helped me with reselling tickets but I got less than what the tickets cost. They sold immediately. Im not sure why I did not get back all my money, only 80 precent.

Tickets were missing the door number. Contact form to report the issue is a broken link. Sharing a ticket with another person with the app didn't work either.

Non-responsive app. Worthless BOT.
Even when applying search results, it is impossible to change the location of a play I want to buy tickets for. And the BOT is worthless.

No option to opt out for unwanted alerts
I wanna keep the alerts for rush lottery and for the ones I'm interested. There's no option to disable others.

Hate the rollback of benefits
I love TodayTix for its ease of use, keeping track of tickets, and sales. I hate that they've rolled back benefits for their best customers. These benefits helped set them apart from competitors. Any more reduction and the edge will be completely lost.

Rubbish App
I'm using the App, enter the reference number to download the ticket and it tells me to log on. The help section is equally rubbish.

Great app for bargains - needs a tweak
I've used TodayTix to find rush tickets for years, I love that you can filter the shows to see what's on each day and for matinees and evenings - it's perfect for planning theatre trips. Taken a star away as they've started adding trailers to the list of shows and it forces any music I'm playing to stop (iPhone). If they solve that issue then ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
