App keeps crashing for no reason!! And on top of that we cant pay the amount that I want!! It keeps telling me that i have to pay what the app says and not the amount i would love to pay!

Too complicated
Like most apps it's incomplete. With limited user interface and options. However it suits the users needs and it's a lot easier on the eyes than Internet website i.e. the buttons are bigger

This is the worst functioning app and service provided by a company ever. Disappointing that you guys haven't figured out making this experience better for the users.

Always issues
There's always issues with the app or the app is always not working. Sometimes I can't sign in, sometimes I can't add money to my ez pass, sometimes I can't even look at my transactions, and sometimes I can't even switch from the Home page. There's always a server error and a different error code every single time no matter what you try to do on the app. Do better.

Terrible app
This app has done nothing but give me headaches. It never saves any of my card information and therefore I go into the negatives and the charges me even more to go across the bridge.

Useless
Every time I scan my card the info is said to be incorrect. I type it manually and it goes through. What is the sense of having a scanner that does not work
