Good - with weaknesses
I've been using TomTom Go with live traffic data for years: the route guidance is almost always very good. Only current changes, such as road closures (e.g. bike races in Berlin) are regularly ignored. The system then leads again and again to closed roads. The same applies to tunnel closures, for example. Then you wait forever in line to the tunnel to find out that it has been closed for hours. TomTom Go is recommended for travel.

I paid subscription to TomTom Go on 26th March 25 and it doesn't recognise my subscription in the app. Support via chatbot is next to useless. What can I do now wasted enough time already!!! How do you contact an actual person in TomTom?

Despite the excellent directions, I notice that a lot of speed limits are not in the app. e.g. yesterday near Charleroi I noticed at least 5 times that 120km/h was still indicated instead of 90 and 70
