For health reasons, I was unable to pick up my Magic Bag and was also unable to cancel in time. When I reported it, I received the following rude email (quote): "Similar to train tickets or theater tickets, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or change your order to another day if the specified pickup time was not met." That means the money is gone even though I didn't receive any goods. That's not acceptable 👎🏻

Too much insistent advertising and too good to go is terrible and counterproductive as an app for a person who has problems with nutrition. For those who do not have them it can be a very valid opportunity, especially if you are at the table with your family since the quantities are often too much for one person alone

I think this is an incredible idea and amazing value for money, but I do have one major issue with the service. The settings includes options for dietary preference. I have mine set to vegetarian. Apparently, this setting means nothing as I always get meat products when I make an order. I understand that it's a 'you get what you get' type deal, but I have to wonder why this setting exists if it makes no difference to what goes in the bag. Plus, it also means that things still end up in the bin.

I spent 4 euros and 29 cents and all I got was a croissant and a smoothie with red fruits, my stomach was left feeling the loss.
