Why don't they give people what they want? They sell it as a simple little game about a soldier who can add units, which is what everyone wants, and to play that mini-game you have to do a bunch of other boring activities, that is, the little soldier thing is a mini-game within this game that can hardly ever be played because you have to do a million other activities first.

They charge you with auction house coins that you can't even use in-game, and there's no refund or compensation. When you ask for a refund at the customer service center, they just keep repeating the same old story about there being no event scheduled.

The levels of unused heroes cannot be reset. The diamonds required for the Army, Air Force, and Navy recruitment orders are more expensive than advanced recruitment. As a result, most of the recruited heroes are purple hero fragments. The probability of SSR heroes is very, very low. Do not spend diamonds. Buying recruitment orders for various types of troops to draw heroes is just a waste of diamonds.
