I literally updated the app and faced the same issue five times ( restaurants are closed) even though they're actually opened in my area at the exact time the app tells me they're closed I forgot to add my order disappears every 5 minutes

If there is less than one star then it would be fair for this app , they never send the order to the selected location even u contact support it's not the first time same issue same problem...

Great App, Terrible Customer Service
I've been using this app for years, and it remains one of the few platforms in Lebanon that offers deliveries across all restaurants. However, the rewards program lacks value, and the customer service is among the worst. After a frustrating incident, I reached out to customer service multiple times, requesting a call from their team. Despite three follow-ups and having to explain the issue from scratch each time I kept being told someone from “customer service” would contact me, yet no one ever did. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. What's even more frustrating is that all the restaurants I order from are just a few minutes away from home. I just use the app for convenience, yet instead of making things easier, I ended up wasting time and effort on a complaint that was ultimately ignored. Unfortunately, this reflects the typical lack of customer care seen in many Lebanese businesses, where it would seem profit is prioritized over service.

Scammers. Paid for an order, didn't receive it, and they said I had to wait for 45+ days to get a refund. You're better off ordering from a restaurant directly.

I used the app almost daily for years, but it got worse by time. They removed the time you order specifically so you dont know when you ordered and how much time the order is late. They deliver multiple orders even when your order is super late in the restaurant. Support chat does not reply right away, some times they take hours to reply.
