why can't I get updated to new version

Total waste of time to download unless you have better luck than me & I spent $14 buying credits to play songs just to not be able to use the credits for some unknown reason so I messaged them just to get ignored & have my hard earned money be stolen by them & me get nothing at all in return. Worst app ever & I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Not all that happy with the new update. Can't see your favorite songs when opening an artist. Can't see as many of my favorite songs on home screen. My favorite artists loads much slower.. All in all I'd rather have the older version.

Don't like the fact I spend all this money for playing music and then someone can spend more money and play their music! And then I never get to hear my songs!

Latest update is terrible
Before you got rewards for the amount of songs you had played. They took that away. You also used to get fast passes based on your status. That was taken away. Now if you have played a song, it won't let you fast pass that same song. Why wouldn't you let customers move up their songs in the fast past list of people keep skipping them. I was able to get two fast pass songs a day because of the status I had made and now I don't get any. Why does the new update add a bunch of songs to my favorite list I never added? Why does it add “favorite artist” I never selected? Update was made for the worst, not to resolve common issues.

Songs don’t play
New Review: 2 years later. Put in 2 songs and 2 hours later they still don't play inside a bar that has few patrons. This is a fraud app. —————————- Original Review: I put in a number of songs and they didn't play for over 2 hours. The app does not tell you how far back in the in the queue, your songs are. Thus you have no idea if they will play while you are at the bar or restaurant.
