I would rather have the remote starter on the key chain. Iam not happy with having to pay $8 a month for the remote starter when I paid for the device when I bought the car.

The app definitely has issues. It works for the purpose of remote and information. The locating vehicle part has not worked for a while now. Every time I use the app, I have to force stop it because it leaves notifications locked on my notifications list. Pretty bad when I pay for these services to work with my vehicle.

I had a subscription 2-3 years ago and cancelled because it didn't work more than it did work. I figured I'd try again, and it seems like the same ole same ole. Works for a little while then when you need it the most (19° weather) it doesn't work. I don't know how Toyota can charge us for this service when it doesn't work.

It won't even open! Says "Downside," and there are technical problems with everything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a bunch of times, but it's still messed up.

It's a shameful app from a prestigious car company. How is that my KIA app works 99 percent of the time and yet this app can barely ever get my Toyota to start? "Request timed out" "There was an error processing your request" [F0] error. Utter trash.

I want to like this app but setup is painful and sharing takes away remote unless I revoke (why can't I suspend and resume the shared user) and the server is down a lot.. making it useless
