Since the last updates, I can no longer defrost and warm my car with the app. She gives me an alert message and then the start "button" doesn't work. Very disappointed.

For some reason or another the remote starter no longer works on the app nor on the remote. I have talked to customer service on my phone several times taking it to the dealer still is not been fixed I'm going to have to take it back to the dealer now. It's just a big waste of time that the remote starter does not work anymore and they can't figure out why I just renewed the subscription and I'll be asking for some of my money back.

Very buggy and lags all the time. Frequently have to force kill the app and clear cache just to get it to start charging my vehicle.

The changes to the subscription model are garbage and a shameless cash grab by Toyota. Nobody wants these media tie-ins, and going from $80 a year to $180 a year for basic functionality is complete nonsense. Will actually make me reconsider buying another Toyota in the future if this isn't fixed.

Spent over 40k on a vehicle from toyota. Now I have to pay more money every month just to be able to use remote starting and have navigation. I won't be purchasing another toyota after this scam to get more money out of me.

The Toyota infotainment system constantly says notification in your inbox but yet when I tap on the notification in the inbox the screen goes black and the radio restarts. it is still under warranty and I've taken it into have looked at three times and each time it's been reset. The problem is with the manufacturing of the infotainment system which, and layman's terms, sucks

You pay $46K for a truck, I don't think it's crazy to expect the Toyota app to find your stupid key fobs. 🙄🙄🙄. Now I get to pay $400 to program another stupid key fob. Then I get to $$$ pay a subscription fee for any of the services in the Toyota app as well. I'm definitely not buying another Toyota. The interface sucks too. Looks like it's from 2006. Why wouldn't a $46K truck have the same fancy interface as the Prius??? 😡😡😡
