The app doesn't always work properly. There are times when it gives you a position of the vehicle stationary and it is not true, since it is circulating. On the other hand, it is not possible to update the application in real time, so it is not much use if you have information that is not real. On the other hand (I am a professional driver), the application tells you that you can know at all times where the vehicle is, and that is not true since you do not have access with the car in motion.

The application in itself would also be well done, but in many cases it is useless. For example, because if the car is charging (chr plugin) it does not update the charging status data. Good thing I have the app of the column that tells me that the charging is finished, otherwise I could wait hours. And anyway for example now, it tells me that I have the battery at 100% with update to 15 hours ago, but in reality having used it 8 hours ago it is at 85%!!

Although you choose to authenticate with your fingerprint, in at least 4 out of 10 cases it will ask for your email and password. Communication with the car is extremely difficult in some cases, not infrequently it gives errors. So for a simple start of the air conditioning you can wait a few minutes, bad for a company like Toyota not to be able to develop an application that works normally.

For two years I have been using first the red version, now the new black one. And unfortunately, I cannot speak positively. He has been notoriously informing me for a year that I do not have an inspection, and I would like to mention that regularly, every 10,000 km, the car (C HR 2.0 Hybrid) is serviced at an authorized Toyota point. Besides, for many months the app has been claiming that there is only 10% of fuel in the tank despite refueling to the cap. Problem with location, usually the app shows that the car is 100 away. Tragedy not app.

communication system, car, phone, it's a failure, I had a few possibilities to use different systems, but I haven't had such a bad one yet, just a nightmare, the system is worth nothing, it breaks connections, it doesn't want to connect, it loses information, well, I'm just mad how I can use this system and the information available in it, FAILURE

In Germany, my car was taken away by a tow truck for parking violation. The application showed that the car is in the same place (i.e. the last location where the engine was turned off). In the car search map, there is not enough phone direction pointer in relation to the car. To understand if I am walking in the direction of the car, I need to walk about 70 meters to understand which way I am going at all.

App works well in itself, but disappointingly, that the remote services are not available for the yaris comfort version. Advertise nicely with it and then not make it clear that you can only use half of the app. Is a bit of a shame.

Tight glitches. Closing and opening doors from a distance rarely succeeds. In the morning, neither car could be contacted to get going. In the multimedia of the car most of the time logged out and it is not possible to log in.
