I bought my new CHR on 1/24/25 and up until 4 days ago the app worked correctly. Then it started not synchronizing the data with the car, remaining stuck on 02/23/25 at 5:06 PM and both the car position and all the remote controls no longer worked. I have already been to the dealership and they told me that the problem is the app. What should I do?

To date it does not update the trip data and stops at 5 days ago. The problem is that the car is completely electric (bz4x) and by doing so I do not see if it is charging and so I do not receive the end of charge message, a big problem

This app is the biggest mess together with the rest of the connected services. Can't send destination, maps not updating, Android auto not working. And Toyota does nothing, not even answer. This was my last toyota

It's a piece of junk. Every time you want to log in, it asks for your email and password, it doesn't save your fingerprint. Plus, you have to pay for it, 5 euros a month to see where you left your car. It might work for absent-minded people. If they remember the password

For the Toyota CRV (hybrid), the app lacks a display of the battery charge level and a timely warning of complete discharge. This should appear on the smartphone with an alarm. Otherwise, a service call is necessary.
