The app takes forever to load if it loads at all. Also, when trying to click on something, the app doesn't react. Unsinstalling, and I'll just use the browser on my phone.

I had enough. Saving to favorites, store only option, navigation all suck. It's your loss, not mine. Can you hear my Tractor Suply credit card going through the shredder?

Fix your stupid app!!
I swear this app never seems to get any better with their updates. All I want to do most of the time is look to see if my local TSC has in stock what I need shouldn't be that hard right? Ha I would be better off calling the store and having a person their locate the item I need cause the stupid app never works like it should. I don't know how many times I have to close it cause I used a filter to limit seeing what it at the store right now then it just glitches out and I have to start all over. Look your a big company please hire someone with at least a little experience who knows what they are doing when it comes to working on apps that's all I ask, and heck test your product thoroughly before releasing it that makes sense right? Come on people get your act together here please!

Errors every time
This app is not very good. Errors out no matter what button you push. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does the same thing every time.

Worst app ever
This is literally the worst app I've ever used. The options for pickup, delivery, TSC delivery for every product are incredibly annoying. I want the same for all products in the order. Why isn't that an option! It would be fine if it didn't take a full minute to switch every single one. Separately, if I pay with Apple Pay, the delivery location automatically changes. So my horse food is delivered to my house instead of my barn location. Today I placed an order for two bags of goat probiotics to be shipped via mail. Just got a notification that one is ready to pick up in store and one is being shipped. 🤯 Why?!? Usability in this app is terrible. There's no confirmation page of details before the order is Submitted and once the order is out for delivery, getting a hold of Roadie is difficult. 15-20 minute wait time. It's incredibly frustrating paying $1,000s for feed to have to do the work to sort through the nonsense caused by this terrible app. If you call the store, they can't see much of what happens with orders via the app. Terrible user experience. Zero stars.

App constantly has issues
This isn't against the website but the app itself constantly has bugs and crashes, and I've used it monthly for at least 3 years solid. Currently, it keeps crashing out and you can't check in for online orders, and app itself won't let you close. Have tried deleting app and redownloading 3 times. Still not working correctly.
