app is not secure enough, after you access you can completely close the app and 12 hours later when open it again need no password or any other form of security and the app will just open showing all your account info

I had a very bad experience with Trading 212. The most important document you need as proof of your holdings comes with wrong information , which puts you in full risk!! Instead of writing the correct information under your passport or ID, they write wrong information which has nothing to do with your passport or ID, so no proof for you!! They refuse to correct this information and close your complaint without solving the problem!! They refuse to make a phone call to solve the problem.

so far so good ... I would given 5 star 🌟 but there is no contact by telephone and you have too wait in queue for reply if you message .. and opening the account took week or so .

The application is good, but it muddies terribly, it does not run smoothly, difficulties CFD trading.

Very disappointing and unprofessional. The instant transfer worked once. I've tried to send more funds and had many errors. Instead of processing an instant transfer, a bank transfer was recorded. Apparently, this takes 3 business days to appear on the account, which means I might be missing the ISA deadline for 2024. I've been trying to speak with support since 3 days ago, and they are "working on this". My funds have left the bank account instantly but wee never acknowledged by Trade212.

Annoying ads of this app. I always clicked the X button, but it always redirected me here. At times it would redirect me without even touching the display. Disappointed 😞. Big L from you. Cheap tactics.

It was a really bad experience, can't login to the app since the account opened, I've been asked for assistance, just said my account is normal, I captured the screen so many times and repeat the same answer. This lasts for 7 months and is unable to be solved. Eventually, I wish to close my accoun, the CS didn't carefully read my message, asked me to login to close my account but I can't, I feel like they ignored what I said and really unsatisfied the service, recommend not to have this service.

I was so excited to start investing I went after knowing which were the best investment platforms until by recommendation of a guy from the United States I got to this app but unfortunately they don't accept that it's from Brazil and you can't even enter if it's not from any other country except Brazil
