App is trash
This app used to work great but since all the updates it crashes every time I try to do something. I have to search something about 5 times before it actually finds a recipe. It takes about five times to get it to log into my account as well. Really hope they sort this out soon it's been going on for about a year now really fed up

Traeger Nightmare
Bought a Woodridge and it failed multiple times. Tech support told me to get a Pro and it failed multiple times. Tech support didn't call back twice and argued with me about how many meals I cooked on it which was ZERO. Not sure what happened, I escalated to a Supervisor and he's going to follow up with me. Let's see…

I cannot comment on the Traeger Cooker I bought just yet, but the reason for the 3 stars is because of the seemingly impossible ability to speak to anyone at the Traeger facility here in the United States who speaks clear English.
