I was told that I couldn't find the token by SMS authentication, and I couldn't use it dozens of times even though the number that was SMS authenticated was correct.

Worst way to use wise to pay some one. I deposited my own hard earned money from my own bank account to pay some one for quick transfer. However, wise hold my money and asking where is the money come from. I have sent them all proof of my employmnets and payslips and bank statements, they are still not even returning my own money back into my own bank account where i paid it from. Even the dollar amount is not huge. They are worst, once i get back my own money, i will never use wise ever again

Do you know what to feel totally lost in the UK? That's what I went through, wise simply stopped working in the middle of my subway trip, what made me return home was 10 pounds I had. I don't recommend it to anyone anymore, because it is unstable and is blocking the account of many people, and the agent gets into trouble and cancels an appointment for trusting a bank that should help travelers.

Do not use this business for wire transfers.. its ridiculously slow and the service is incompetent. There is no way to talk to someone in real time .. and email support is slow and comes across as if its AI generated. Do not make the mistake I made by choosing this business and its poorly developed App

Worst app to send money abroad ever. I usually use western union, zelle or bank transfer. But, I tried to download this to transfer to Brazil instead of Western union. It did not work, even though I put that I am an American citizen, is asking me for the CPF as if I was Brazilian.... I tried reading carefully and it still did not worked . Is the first app ever to do this . So not recommended . Maybe it has to do with my phone being on an international plan from US . Idk .

When transferring money, I constantly ask for my place of birth and make the transfer, and I request help on this issue.
