It used to be good to have the option to transfer money immediately. Now this function is no longer available and I am not allowed to close my account. I also do not receive any information or answers to questions about why this is the case.

Nice app to navigate but I've ordered my card 3 times now and they keep refunding my payment instead of sending the card. They haven't given any reason to why and the contact us section just says they are very busy.

Frustrating. They are Fraudsters. I absolutely caught them red handed lying about a transaction that usually takes seconds but was set to take 6 days. And they tried to blame my bank which sent the money immediately. So how much money do they make on interest from holding peoples money a few extra days??? Unacceptable. And customer service only gives excuses not explanations. Just signed up for Revolut. BIG DIFFERENCE ALREADY

Personally, I do not recommend this online banking. The account is relatively easy to open, but for a simple transfer, even for 100 euros, they often ask you for documents of the origin of the money. Even if you provide them with these documents, they do not unblock your transfer and ask you for others until you finally give up on that transfer. They blocked my account on the grounds that the documents provided do not correspond to their operating policy.

It's very easy to open an account. However it does not support any bank accounts other that UK, US or Canada. When a trip is over it is just about impossible to return money to the original source, in my case my NZ visa card. I am doing a further trip to UK and Europe later this year so transferred money left from my Australian trip. The Help option was useful in some regards but not others. I ended up transferring funds into NZ currency but of course there is a charge for every transaction.

Not a straight forward sign up process. App does not work easily with selfies or go to logical next step or give immediate update on why you can't progress any further.
