App constantly giving bad updates flashes 2 different times in one direction and it's not accurate. Make it more reliable

I can't buy a ticket on the app for some reason

Provides all your basic needs without a paywall which is apreciated in such a money hungry world, but its often really innacurate with the timing of the buses, is sometimes confusing or lacking options (although it does already have plenty), and will sometimes straight up lie to you. Its still the best app ive found so like 5

terrible, shuts down when you change screens instead of staying on the route..

It's hard to set destination, hard to move map, bus routes show up not related to information entered.

This app honestly sucks. Its soo poorly designed its impossible to use. I dont want to have to sort through every route one by one to see their stops they should just have all the routes visible at one time on the map. Also its pretty messed up to charge people to use an app for a free public service.

So impossible to use. All you need is a map, dots on it for the stops, and a list of what buses arrive at what time.

Bus times are completely wrong, multiple times, the app has said the bus went past and I start walking to the next station and I see the exact bus go past the stop I was just at. Extremely inaccurate for an app with 1 purpose.

I love this app. Dark mode is blessed. Unfortunately with the recent app update i noticed this app is really draining my battery. On an average day i return home w about 30% left. Recently it's been like 13ish and even 11% today. Kinda disappointing as this only started after i updated the app. Nothing else has changed and my phones settings have shown that. I've used this app in several cities. I'm in London Ontario rn and this app is a godsend as transit here is awful
