In principle good app, but unfortunately no new profile can be saved, there is always an error message... therefore, no appointments are stored in the app.

I can't sign into services, also log in thorough google or facebook doesn't work, there is some error and you don't have any help when one experiences app issues.

Terrible!!! I am more than annoyed by the outrageous way customers are treated here! I booked an appointment through your app and had to pay the amount online because you don't offer any other payment option. Once at the salon, I was then quoted a price that was an incredible 80% higher than the price displayed in the app! The salon understood the problem and confirmed to me that the fault was with your app – but despite this, I was not refunded my money. How can it be that the money is supposed to belong to the salon if I haven't received any treatment there? I paid for a service I didn't receive, so I expect a refund immediately. This behavior is unacceptable and does not live up to my trust in your platform.

They have fraudulent premises
I booked a treatment at a center. The center canceled my treatment, and after trying to make an appointment again, they did not answer me by phone or by message. The site turned out to be fraudulent and Treatwell didn't want to refund the money I had already paid. After insisting a thousand times, I managed to get them to take responsibility for having fraudulent premises on their platform. At first they said that it was not their responsibility, that I went to the premises to solve it directly. For this reason, I no longer trust Treatwell and will not use it again. From now on I call the centers directly.

No control on refund if the provider cancels service last minute but doesn’t cancel on the App
I used Treatwell for the first time & booked a manicure [handle] am Saturday morning. I woke up to find a direct SMS on my phone received @6:30 from the manicurist that she canceled the appointment. But she didn't cancel it in the App, and me as a client I had no control on it. The only option I could choose via the App was to loose the money I paid because there was no other option. I called the salon via the App and they told me they can't do anything about it, and to contact the manicurist who wasn't picking up the phone. Finally 10 mins to the appointment the salon owner cancelled the appointment, and I probably will get the refund. But my first experience was really bad, and instead of having a nice Saturday morning preparing for a special day I was sprending it trying to manage the cancellation. The App should give more security optiona to the client, if the service provider is irresponsible.

Tolerates bad experience review elimination
Treatwell tolerates services providers cinical attitude and doesn't support customers. Salon gave very bad quality service and eliminated the visit in order to avoid bad rating. Sad, but true - you can not trust the rating system in the app.
