Would've given 5 stars if they can respond to my query on why there's no notification given before my points have expired at the end of the year. Also, I don't like having all my payment methods saved & not being able to delete them if I want to.

No way to create an account. Neither in the app, nor on the homepage. Every time there is an error message that something has gone wrong and you should try again later. But it's no use! Solution: Click on forgotten password, even though you haven't set a password yet. Then you can finally set a password and use an account via the link sent.

A service bin
Service that works badly, often goes wrong. The absurd thing is all the data that is taken from the cell phone. Cancelled and called the hairdresser directly

Disappointing service from Treatwell when I paid for a 90 minute facial but the salon performed a 50 minute facial. I contacted Treatwell but they weren't interested and I had to have awkward conversations with the salon to ensure I received a partial refund. For what was meant to be a relaxing treat actually ended up stressful and this isn't the first time I have felt let down by Treatwell.

Clear and fast
Actually a great app! Very clear, shows you the information you need about a salon. However, I think it's a shame that, for example, new appointments booked by my salon cannot be seen in the app under Bookings. I only get a Treatwell email by default and am allowed to enter it manually in my calendar, even though the whole thing is linked to my Treatwell account. Funny:/

Impossible to get after-sales service
Everything was fine until... What I have a problem and want to get a refund. No email address, no phone number, only an automatic chat that asks you about which service you are having a problem, the type of problem ("refund", "cancellation" etc.) and only communicates this information to Treatwell. They send you an email with their response and you cannot reply to this email. You are therefore stuck, with the impossibility of explaining your situation in more detail. Results: I mistakenly booked a service for which the amount was debited from me, and despite my IMMEDIATE report, I cannot get a refund.

For 2 months now it has been impossible to log into my account, I have tried in every possible way and even if I request a password change it always displays "oops something went wrong". I have sent an email to technical support but I have not received any response. It is very sad because I have been using it since it was uala on a weekly basis and now I can't, wasting valuable time on the work I have to do. If the problem is not resolved, it will be 100% uninstalled.
