Horrible experience in the last few months on both web and mobile. Too many bugs, data is constantly lost. You click edit on a comment and it shows you old version that is totally different, items dissapear randomly from check lists, constantly sync errors in a queue, unbelievable. I use Trello for more than 5 years and it's only getting worse and worse with each update.

[Small bug] Restore your calendar?
I always find it easy to use. When I type in the date and time, it becomes a hyperlink to the Apple native calendar app, but when I delete the calendar app, the "Restore app?" message appears three times in a row. I've never had a similar experience with other apps, so I don't know if it's the OS's fault or a problem with Trello... I've been in the same situation for a long time, so I'm writing to ask for your help.

Was very great for a while until Trello decided to delete all of my boards. I am looking for customer support and after telling me I have to contact admin or customer service, I'm told I have to pay for just asking a question that's not even available in the drop down list or the chat box. If this was explained clearly prior to them becoming Atlassian, I wouldn't be as mad as I am now. If you continue to treat your users like this, then I hope the Consumer Protection Board investigates you.

Useless app compared to web version
I've tried both on the iPad. Both the native Trello app and using Trello in Safari. I don't understand what added value the app is supposed to offer compared to the Safari version. The app takes up far too much space. The app is probably optimized for the 9.7 or 11 inch iPad. On my 13 inch iPad Pro, it seems like a complete waste of space compared to the display in Safari. Another point is that the app obviously can't display power-ups. For example, we use card numbers a lot (btw. card numbering should be included natively in Trello), card size and activity view to keep track of tasks. None of this is possible in the app, which makes it unusable for our purposes. So I use the web version in Safari. It's annoying that I'm constantly asked to switch to the app. I'll have to uninstall the app in the hope of being able to avoid the notification. In short: Scaling and Power-UPs support - then the app would probably be useful.
