It's been less than 10 minutes since I made the reservation, but I can't add anything, and they say it would cost a little over 5,000 yen per person to cancel. It's only been 10 minutes since I made the reservation! I'll never use it!

Although I had issues with a cancellation refund, I thought the issue was handled professionally, and, although issue was not resolved (because of Strict Hotel policies) even though I had suffered a Stroke. Allen, the agent who dealt with this, kept me informed on progress of issue. And he should be commended. I was offered a token discount, by way of Trip coins for any future bookings.

I wanted to cancel the hotel because there was a double booking but I couldn't because I had to create a password and it turned out to be a double booking. The CS said that the hotel application couldn't be cancelled. After contacting the hotel, they said there was no cancellation from the application. So I was confused.

I made a reservation and made a mistake, so I called less than 5 minutes later and they said there would be a cancellation fee. And it was almost 6,000 yen per person. If I made a reservation for 5 people, it would be 30,000 yen. It's unbelievable.

Very very unprofessional, refund from December 17, 2024, always told to wait until the end of February 2025, there is no clarity, but they only just want to submit assistance, my refund was canceled by the system even though I didn't click anything at all,
