Great planning app
Have been using the app for 8+ years, only issue I have found is that when updating the time of an event on my Mac Mini using safari, the app crashes. I have reported it and liaised with help desk however it has not been rectified as yet.

There is no option in Portuguese. I use Lambus and it is very interesting and easy to use. If you translate this into Portuguese, I will change the rating.

App has a major bug where it says that the unfiled item has been saved to your trip but then it never appears in the itinerary. I've tried it multiple times. Makes the whole thing useless if the forwarded emails don't automatically work because you can't have a complete itinerary.

Really you want me to sync my inbox? Poor interface. Asking for password before deleting account and didn't ask to create password in the first place.

Terrible
No real time or alerts of any kind. Lot of unnecessary bells and whistles but doesn't do the basic stuff like TripCase did. Doesn't show baggage claim, says I'm still flying when I've been on the ground in baggage for 15 mins. No layover time. Completely pointless app.

Even the registration doesn't work. Immediately deleted. Loads cookies for minutes... Still looking for a replacement for Tripcase.

Easy to use but has some concerns
I often use it because it is convenient to share itineraries with friends and family. You can also make small notes such as "buy a ticket," so I write down everything I find out so I can remember it later. I also appreciate that it notifies me of the latest flight information. On the other hand, once you allow them to view your emails, emails that you have not forwarded to plans will be automatically added to your trips. It is inconvenient and I am afraid that my emails will be viewed without my permission, but I do not know how to disable it, so I continue to use it with anxiety...

Been using for years, but it is expensive.
I've been using TripIt for many many years. It is a great program for adding, maintains, updating and storing all my holidays and trips. Family and friends, who are by invitation only, can view this trip only without seeing sensitive personal documentation. This gives great peace of mind, in the event, something unplanned should happen. A pity that there is not a lifetime subscription or cheaper annual subscription fee.

Not keeping up
It seems like TripIt has not been keeping up with current technology. I recently tried to email out a direct output from a hotel app for a reservation, and none of the data got formatted into a trip. When I reached out to support, they just told me it's formatted wrong. Isn't the whole point of this app that it tries to find any trip data and turn it into a cleaned up trip itinerary? Idk, use an LLM AI to process info on the back end and convert it into the format the app needs or something. I don't want to have to type it all in manually.
