There have been a series of no-show and last-minute cancellations of guides, and it will take two weeks for refunds.
When I requested a gondola in Venice, the person did not show up. Another tour before that was canceled at the last minute due to the guide's sudden illness. Since it is Italy, it is understandable that lateness, no-shows, and bad luck are inevitable, but more than that, this app was unpleasant and unpleasant. First of all, the emails sent are probably web apps such as spa or a system that leads to a page like that, and the content is dynamically changed automatically by web services. I recommend taking screenshots of important information. The automatic response of a bot called Marco and the response of the person at the company are inconsistent, and the email changes automatically, which is very unpleasant. The UI is also difficult to understand, and even though the cancellation has already been made, it remains displayed as "cannot be canceled or changed", which is unclear. I contacted support about a refund, but there was no response. It is also very unpleasant that it takes two weeks for a refund even if the company does not show up like this. The trouble response is completely useless, and it is not a good thing to cancel when traveling abroad, so I cannot recommend it.

Horrible
I had a tour in Rome booked a month in advance. Two days before, they changed the scheduled time twice. On the day of the tour we showed up at the agreed time and they told me that it had been cancelled. They did not notify me of this cancellation, not by WhatsApp or by email. So I had to call to confirm the cancellation or to get a refund, which took a few days. On top of that, the people at the meeting point ignored the problem and were very rude. I will never hire this company again and I hope no one else would.

Don’t use this app!!!
Buyer be ware- rigid and inflexible. I bought Disney tickets through them and we are 5 days away and they won't let me transfer them to a different day even tho plenty of tickets are available. We are out hundreds of dollars (this is the second time I should've learned the first time)! Just know they will NOT work with you or your family if flights are delayed even due to illness etc.

Terrible experience
I paid for a tour for two people with a Spanish-speaking guide to the two fields and the salt mines. The guy on the bus told me that the tour to the salt mine had been cancelled by the agency… I think this is disrespectful since we came with just enough time to do these things and they are not answering me for the money I paid to book the tour. What an unpleasant experience.

We booked for the Alcaraz gardens for a date and time, we received a confirmation then an hour later we were told that it was no longer possible and that we had to postpone it by a day...abused

Last minute cancel for train
They cancelled our train tickets last minute even though we booked a month in advance. The train still ran, they just never had the tickets.

Bad Communication
Booked an activity and ticket was never confirmed. Although it kept showing “tickets will appear here soon”. On the day and time we were told at entrance of the activity that we do not have valid tickets. GYG never sent any email or message or any kind of notification to say that tickets were not confirmed. Because of this we couldn't watch the place as this was the last day in city.
