It is impossible to sign in on my user account. It keeps redirecting me but won't accept my info no matter how many times I try. I changed my contact info, can't get the old phone number back, but the system says to "sign in'. useless. edit. calling them hasn't worked either. oh well, Loves and FJ work.

App just crashes, tried clearing data, and cache still crashes. tried uninstall and reinstall and still crashes. Just like most of their locations... a waste of space and barely works

app won't let me sign in! It says I need to sign in and when I do, it puts me back at sign in page and says to sign in! un-installed and re-installed it several times... no luck! Pilot/Flying J works perfect every time... I think I'll stick with them!

Just like the staff of TA Petro, this app is absolute trash. Got it so I can reserve showers and parking with it but have been unable to do any of that since January. it's amazing that in that time, not a single update or anything as were going into April, but hey, why would TA Petro care. we all know they really don't give a damn about truck drivers.

Useless again
Once again TA/petro has managed to “improve” their app and screwed it up even more. Now can't even reserve spots or buy showers. When trying to add payments I just get “forbidden”. Now when trying to get a shower I get a message saying mobile purchase unavailable. And as usual putting in feedback doesn't work. Whoever is in charge of TA's corporate IT dept needs to be FIRED.

Very glitchy and dated.the whole system gives customers more headaches than to make life easier.You can't be dependent of a software and not be able to override it.Its ridiculous!
