All around horrible bank
I've dealt with all kinds of issues since this bank changed hands a few years ago. I've had to deal with duplicate charges, issues with overdrafts , incoming payments have been held up for days , hands down this bank has been the worst banking experience I've ever dealt with. If things don't change soon I'll be seeking another bank immediately.

Search functionality needs work
Searching bill pay and performing other searches should be easy but is not. For example, if I want to find a bill paid for $200 in the last two months, that should be easy, but Truist's search results will include bills for varying amounts. Same thing with bill pay. There needs to be an easier way to sort by bills scheduled vs bills paid. I used to bank with First Bank in Colorado and their search functions were much better. Please, copy them!

Worst Bank Ever – Stay Away!
If I could give Truist zero stars, I would. This has been the worst banking experience I've ever had. I opened a checking account last year solely for the $400 bonus promotion, met all the requirements, and set up direct deposit properly. All I was waiting for was my debit card so I could complete the 15 required transactions. Weeks went by, and the card never arrived. I called customer service multiple times, and each time they assured me it had been shipped and would arrive in a few business days. Still nothing. Called again—same response. Two weeks passed, then a month, and I was still waiting. By the time I realized the promotion window was closing, I was short of the required transactions because I never received the card. Then, just to add insult to injury, Truist sent me an email notifying me that I had failed to meet the promotional requirements. Seriously? I called over and over, waited two months, and still never received a debit card, yet they had no problem reminding me that I didn't qualify for the bonus. No one should have to call a bank 10+ times just to beg for a card so they can deposit money into an account. This is beyond unacceptable. I immediately canceled my account and will never do business with Truist again. Plenty of other banks out there that actually know how to treat their customers. Avoid this bank at all costs!

The camera angle's terrible. It doesn't tell you what to do what you're doing wrong.It doesn't tell you to stop and redo it over.If the pictures aren't clear or if he keeps on gailing your air, it's frustrating.It took me literally 5 to ten minutes to try to take this deposit
